Contest Collaboration Campaign Management
8 large national outdoor brands came together to execute a contest through a third party. This month-long campaign required frequent communication and asset sharing between brands.

Email & Asset Design
Engaging contest assets were created for social platforms and email blasts to the current database, and a new email flow automation specifically for new profiles obtained by contest entry. 
Database Management
Contest entrants were required to answer a survey to qualify for the $4k in prizes. The answers to the survey were used for tags, segmentation, and unique information that can be used in future communication outreach and to create complete profiles for new contacts added to the database. 
The integration between the brand's email marketing platform, Klaviyo, and the third party hosting the contest allowed contest entrants to be seamlessly added to the email flow automation.
New profiles were segmented to receive contest-specific communication and then appropriately added to the brand's engaged database list.
At the end of the month-long contest, the 3rd party provided a full, cleaned list of contest entrant profiles, and I managed that list to be updated within the brand's database.

The Results
The brand gained 8k new contact profiles from this contest collaboration campaign with all the information from the survey filled out. With contest-specific communication and specialized welcome automated emails, the 8k contacts were added to the database with 8% rate of unsubscribes.
